Born in Beirut, Lebanon on November 13th 1987. My father, Tony Mehanna is a known Lebanese actor, and my mother, Karen, took on a multitude of different roles, but she has always been an artist in her right as well. in 1991, my sister, Mandy, was born, and she has since grown into a great mother, a great singer, and now a content creator on Instagram.
After moving back to Lebanon that same year, I worked in the industry for while taking on random roles, but ultimately shifted to teaching film courses at a university level which I enjoyed, until 2019.
After a beautiful and cathartic spiritual journey, I’ve finally come back to writing and pursuing my writing career. Stories that matter have always called to me, and I am planning on finally fully embodying my truth as a screenwriter.
I always believed in a better tomorrow and a world filled with hope and faith and unconditional love — and writing stories that explore the balance between hardship & humor, the resilience of heart, & the importance & need for hope & faith is the best way that I can do my part in making this world a better place.
