Sharyn Haddad Vicente grew up in New England. She was raised by her parents in the smallest state in the country, Rhode Island, with her sister, and brother. She still resides In New England today with her husband of 34 years, her daughter, and her son.

She attended Rhode Island College where she received a degree in psychology. She then went on to the University of Rhode Island to earn a degree in adult education. She works at the Community College of Rhode Island where she is employed in both the Psychology and English departments.

Sharyn’s love of storytelling goes back to when she was a young girl. She has always had a penchant for psychological thrillers. She loves how the power of a good thrill can encourage the mind.
