Unsure of who she is–or where she is–a woman marked with the designation “ED-9S” wakes up into a confusing nightmare. In a hospital room, she has several fellow patients. Though a few others wake up, many never rise from their coma. As a large clock on the wall counts down, patients begin dropping like flies.
