Originally from Topeka, KS, Ryan spent most of his life in the Midwest before moving to Los Angeles. As a screenwriter, he’s most known for his interactive titles, including the smash hit VAMPIRE GIRL and dramas DON’T BE AFRAID and ELECTRIC VEINS. He now works as head writer at Soul Machines. Before becoming an interactive writer, Ryan was a mental health counselor that specialized in domestic violence. These experiences inspire his writing, resulting in emotional character studies and grounded arcs.
