After discovering a love for writing stories at a young age, Samantha went on to receive her B.A. in English from Mansfield University and her M.F.A. in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. Her published fiction includes the cosmic horror novella The Book at Dernier, zombie comedy novella The Zombie Mishap, and pulp fiction story “The Domino Lady Takes the Case.”

She soon found a niche writing scripts for indie games, visual novels, and interactive fiction. In addition to her stories for Tales, her work includes the fantasy action RPG Eternal Radiance, the rom-com visual novel Ascendant Hearts, and the paranormal otome The Last Act.

When she isn’t writing, she can often be found playing video games herself, especially JRPGs, visual novels, and survival horror.
