Victor Ha hears screams coming from somewhere in space. Hours later, his cadet training station makes contact with a traveling alien race called the Nomads. The Nomads want to be their new allies. Everyone is fascinated by them–everyone except for Vic. As Vic gets closer to them–and to the mysterious young Nomad, Eli–he tries to discover if their friendly act is genuine… or if they’re hiding something.
